This exquisite piece dates back to the mid-1920s (Taisho era) and features a stunning, crisp cobalt blue transferware design depicting the iconic Chinoiserie love story, complete with the two birds, teahouse, bridge, and sailboat. The underside features the highly collectible historical design stamp reading "1924 JAPAN" in clear blue ink. Condition Report: Excellent vintage condition. This piece has been remarkably well-preserved over the past century. No chips, cracks, fleabites, or hairline fractures. Bright, glossy glaze with vibrant, deep cobalt blue coloration.
