Crafted in West Germany during the 1960s/1970s, this traditional ceramic rum pot features a beautiful, deep glossy forest green glaze. The body boasts a highly detailed, embossed relief pattern of orchard and berry fruits (cherries, plums, and strawberries) beneath a bold, stylized "Rumtopf" script. Historically used to ferment fruit in rum for holiday desserts, today these highly collectible jars double as stunning rustic statement pieces, utensil holders, or functional kitchen canisters.
