American Song Birds Carolina Wren by Athos Menaboni

Add a touch of classic Southern charm to your home decor or china collection with this beautiful vintage cabinet plate from Syracuse China's "American Song Birds" series. This 10.5-inch plate features a gorgeous, highly detailed illustration of a pair of Carolina Wrens—the state bird of South Carolina—nestled among bright yellow Black-Eyed Susans. The artwork is masterfully done by the renowned mid-century wildlife illustrator Athos Menaboni, celebrated for his lifelike watercolor-style execution of North American birds. Stamped on a soft ivory porcelain body and finished with an elegant, clean gold rim, this piece functions beautifully as a decorative wall-hanging display, a cabinet accent, or a replacement piece for a larger collection.
