This is a beautiful green depression glass cake plate in the highly collectible "Princess" pattern by Anchor Hocking (produced 1931–1935). Featuring a striking octagonal shape, an intricate center sunburst medallion, and elegant dual tabbed handles, this piece perfectly embodies the resilience and style of the Great Depression era. This plate is made of authentic uranium glass and exhibits a powerful, brilliant green fluorescence under UV/blacklight illumination. There are scratches from use as seen in pictures. Approximately 10 inches wide (11.25 inches from handle to handle) and 1.25 inches tall.
