1928 Jewelry Company (Identified by signature textured backing). Vintage 1980s. Victorian Revival / Mourning Jewelry Style / Chatelaine. Gold-tone base metal, black glass cabochons. Excellent vintage condition. The gold-tone plating remains bright and brilliant. Both black glass cabochons are smooth and free of chips or heavy scratches. The locket hinge snaps shut securely, the interior photo frame is intact, and the rollover pin mechanism functions perfectly.
