From Keeby's CollectiblesSee more from Keeby's Collectibles

This is an exclusive Avon President's Club award brooch from the 1996–1997 incentive collection. It features the raised "PC" hallmark right on the lower front bezel. These were only given to elite top sales producers and never sold to the public. Excellent vintage condition. The enamel is smooth and glossy, rhinestones are bright, and the rear rollover safety clasp functions perfectly. Measures 2.5" wide.
