Vintage 1970s Floral Crewel Embroidery Vintage 1970s hand-worked crewel embroidery featuring a colorful bouquet of dimensional flowers and foliage arranged in a rustic wooden basket. Worked in richly textured yarns on a neutral woven ground with an especially sweet tiny embroidered bee tucked among the leaves. Framed with a warm wood-tone frame, gold-tone inner trim and dusty rose border. Approximate dimensions: 24.5” W x 19.5” H framed Light age-related wear to the frame and backing with minor surface wear consistent with age. Embroidery remains colorful and displays beautifully.
