VTG Rocket Vase MCM AH |-Anchor Hocking Rocket Vase Green E572 | 1961 Mid Century Modern Glass | Space Age Atomic Star Base Centerpiece

Add a striking pop of mid-century architectural design to your home with this authentic Anchor Hocking "Rocket" Vase c. 1961 (Model #E572). Produced for a brief window between 1961 and 1962 in Lancaster, Ohio, this piece is a classic example of American Space Age design. Styled in a rich, jewel-toned Forest / Emerald Green, this vase features a six-sided hexagonal paneled body that dramatically tapers at the waist before flaring out into an iconic, sculptural four-cornered "rocket fin" star base. The upper rim is beautifully finished with a scalloped, notched edge. Crafted from thick, heavy mold-blown glass, it has a substantial weight that keeps it highly stable, making it perfect for tall floral arrangements or standing alone as a minimalist mantle centerpiece.
