Jeannette Glass Iris and Herringbone Marigold Carnival Glass Pitcher - DANA

A tall footed pitcher in Jeannette Glass Company's Iris and Herringbone pattern, finished in that warm marigold iridescence that shifts pink and gold and green depending on how the light hits it. Raised iris blooms rise from a fine herringbone ground, and the rayed foot fans out underneath like a sunburst. The rim and handle are left smooth and glossy so the whole piece catches light from across a room. This is the iridized marigold version of the pattern, produced by Jeannette in the mid century rather than the 1930s crystal run. Measurements are shown with a ruler in the listing photos. Light surface wear and faint interior haze consistent with age and use. Please review all photos closely.
