Vintage Japan Ceramic Frog Figurine

A sweet little vintage ceramic frog figurine made in Japan, seated with tucked front feet and a ruffled scalloped base. Finished in the sprayed green and aqua airbrush glaze that ceramics from this era are known for, with big glossy black eyes, a pink painted smile, and a soft cream belly. Marked JAPAN in raised letters on the lower back. Hollow body with an unglazed bisque base and open vent hole. Good vintage condition with a bright glossy glaze. Light marks and age darkening to the unglazed base as pictured. Please review all photos closely.
