Vintage 1984 Dakin Wooden Santa Sleigh & Reindeer Set, Hand-Painted

A sweet vintage wooden Christmas piece from R. Dakin & Co., dated 1984, a hand-painted sleigh carrying Santa, a little teddy bear, a Christmas tree, and a wrapped gift, pulled by two wooden reindeer connected with green cord harness lines. The sleigh is detailed with red and green scrollwork and holly accents, and everything still moves and connects as intended. Turned over, the bottom carries the original "©1984 DAKIN, INC. San Francisco, Ca." stamp along with a leftover Cedar Terra retail price tag, a nice bit of shelf history. A charming tabletop or mantel piece for a vintage-style Christmas display.
