A. Lanternier Limoges Floral Plate, Gold Rim

Antique Limoges porcelain plate decorated by A. Lanternier, with the blue Lanternier Limoges France mark and a green factory mark on the back. It's a cream plate with a scalloped, molded rim edged in heavy gold, with feathered gold running into the border and gold accents on the molded scrolls. Sprays of purple lilac, lavender roses, a coral wild rose, and blue flowers sit around the rim, with a small violet in the center, and the flowers are outlined and dotted in raised gold.
