Antique Primitive Carved Wooden Dough Bowl Long Oval

Antique primitive dough bowl hand carved from a single piece of wood. It has a warm aged patina, a red painted rim, scooped ends, a flat bottom and hand tooled facets on the outside. Years of use show in the worn interior, and that's exactly the character people look for in an old dough bowl. It's gorgeous as a centerpiece filled with candles, greenery, pumpkins or seasonal picks, or displayed on its own on a farmhouse table, kitchen island or hutch. Condition: age appropriate wear, including scratches and knife marks throughout the interior, lighter patches where the finish has worn, a natural knot in the wood, and wear to the red rim. Keywords: antique dough bowl, primitive dough bowl, hand carved wood bowl, antique trencher, farmhouse centerpiece, red painted rim, early American primitive, rustic decor, antique woodenware
