15% commission will be charged on all sales. Rates may be subject to change. When a client uses a credit card to purchase items from your booth, a credit card fee of 2.6% will be deducted. Cash purchases do not incur a fee. Initially, this agreement will be a three (3) month term (minimum), then month to month thereafter. The vendor is only required to pay the first month's rent upon signing the 3 month rental term. At the end of each year, the owner will send a 1099 form of the total amount that was paid to the vendor by January 31 of the following year.
B&L Antiques used Ricochet Consignment Software system for the Point of Sale. This system keeps track of your inventory, sales and the vendor is able to print labels. B&L Antiques requires all vendors to utilize this system.
