1970 Original Landscape Oil Painting Red Barn Framed and Signed

Artist: Hand-painted and signed "ADDY" by local West Columbia, SC artist Reva M. Addy (1920–2004). The back retains her original typed artist name and address label. Framing: Professionally framed in January 1970 ("1-70") by the historic Rose-Talbert Paint Company at the Parkland Shopping Center in Cayce, S.C. The original red and white custom framing label is still perfectly intact on the dust cover. The Frame: Housed in a phenomenal, deep-profile vintage hand-carved solid wood frame with a gorgeous geometric pattern and a distressed, antiqued gold-gilt finish. Condition:Excellent vintage condition. The original paint retains rich, vibrant colors and excellent texture. The heavy carved frame shows beautiful intentional vintage distressing. The paper dust jacket on the reverse shows minor age wear but completely preserves the historical labels. Wire on back is solid and ready to hang. Dimensions: Total Framed Size: 10" W x 8.25" H.
