McCoy Strawberry Country Ceramic Pitcher

A sweet vintage McCoy pottery pitcher from the Strawberry Country line, glazed in soft creamy white with the classic strawberry decal on the front, red berries and white blossoms with green leaves touched in gold. Wide flared spout, a ribbed collar at the neck, and an ornate scrolled handle with a curled thumb rest. Marked McCoy on the base. This 1970s American pottery line has stayed a collector favorite, and the smaller pitchers work beautifully on a kitchen shelf, as a little flower pitcher, or holding wooden spoons on the counter. Good vintage condition with a small glaze flake on the underside of the body and light scuffing near the base, both away from the display side. Age darkening to the unglazed foot rim.
