Ornate Miniature Brass Swinging Mirror

This is a framed mirror in a very ornate holder. I don't know if it is brass or colored to look like brass, The mirror swings back and forth. There is a letter N at the bottom of the frame. The frame measures approximately 7" tall and 5" wide. It is vintage but I'm not sure of the age. I covered the mirrror for the photos but it is not cracked.
