Material: Ceramic

Add a splash of coastal charm and local South Carolina art history to your home with this striking vintage ceramic fish vessel. Hand-signed on the bottom by prominent South Carolina fine artist Cherrie Nute—best known for her stunning Lowcountry watercolors and lithographs—this piece represents a wonderful late 20th-century ceramic studio project.

This vessel was originally cast to be a covered soup tureen. It is being sold as-is as a base only (missing its original matching lid). However, it functions beautifully on its own as a coastal planter, a catchall dish, or a unique conversation piece for a shelf. Measures 16" L x 7" H x 6" W.
