1899 Brontë Sisters, Thornfield-Vols 1-5

Antique 1899–1900 Thornfield edition “Life and Works of the Sisters Brontë,” volumes 1 through 5 (of 7,) published by Harper & Bros. The set includes Jane Eyre, Shirley, Valette, The Professor, and Wuthering Heights. These are 125+ year old antique books, which have some fading and wear on the spines, but are intact and the front and back covers of each book retain their original vibrant blue color. The gilding on the top of the pages is intact, while the front and bottom edges of the pages are deckled. This is a Rare, beautiful set of books and a bargain at this price!
