Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Blue Willow sugar bowl with its matching original lid. This exquisite piece dates back to the mid-1920s (Taisho era) and features a stunning, crisp cobalt blue transferware design depicting the iconic Chinoiserie love story, complete with the two birds, teahouse, bridge, and sailboat.
The underside features the highly collectible historical design stamp reading "1924 JAPAN" in clear blue ink.
