  • A 15% commission will be charged on all sales. *rates may be subject to change*
  • When a client uses a credit card to purchase items from your booth, a credit card fee of 2.6% will be deducted. Cash purchase don't have a fee.
  • Initially, this agreement will be a three (3) month term (minimum), then month to month thereafter. The vendor is only required to pay the first month's rent upon signing the 3 month rental term.
  • At the end of each year, the owner will send a 1099 form of the total amount that was paid to the vendor by January 31 of the following year.
  • B&L Antiques uses Ricochet software system for the Point of Sale. This system keeps track of your inventory & sale and the vendor is able to print labels and more. B&L Antiques requires all vendors to utilize this system.
